Single Private Event or Lesson
To book a private event you must purchase this item to pay the $320.00 minimum deposit. This deposit includes 1-4 participants. Additional participants will be $80/person and the remaining amount will be due upon arrival on the day of your event. 10 person maximum for wheel events. Please let us know asap if the participant number changes for your event.
For your safety, additional staffing is required for events with more than 4 youth under the age of 12 on the pottery wheel. Additional fees are necessary to cover this cost. Please see the details below for the additional fees added:
1-4 youth: No additional fee necessary
5-8 youth: +$90 additional staffing fee
9-10: +$130 additional staffing fee
All reservations must be booked at least 48hrs in advance to allow us time to confirm your reservation. If a date below is already booked you will see the message, ‘Sold Out’. If the date is still available you will be able to complete the purchase. After purchase, we will follow up with an email to confirm the details of your reservation. (Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing) Please contact us if you do not receive an email confirmation directly from our staff with the details of your reservation within 48hrs of purchase. The automatic order confirmation email only confirms that your payment has been processed your event is not confirmed until we contact you directly.
This item reserves a single 2 hour private event. We will provide instruction for working on the wheel, or handbuilding, no experience necessary and we're happy to accommodate all ages. (Please note: wheel instruction is appropriate for ages 7+ so if you have younger members in your group we can work with you to hand build something awesome). All materials are included.
We trim and glaze the work for you with your color of choice. Your work will be ready to pick up 3 weeks after the event. Shipping not available.
